Wee Hours of the Morning

And no, wee has nothing to do with making water.

That's a term I picked up from on old classic, Driving Miss Daisy. Anyway, it's early in the morning, enough so, it's still night to me. I've been posting some of the stories I'm including in my collection The Electric Minute, Volume 2. Thanks to you guys who take the time to read them.

There are 30 stories in total, and I wrapped it up this weekend. I have my cover completed, and I've got the interior and cover off to be bound into several proof copies.

No matter how many books I write (and I've got a bundle under my belt), this is always an exciting moment. Yes, I know I've read each of the stories over and over. Hey, I wrote them. I know them intimately. Some days I've wanted to pull my hair out, like on this book, when I was careful to format each page as I went through, rereading each story multiple times to proof it as I went, only to get to the end, realize I had one line of formatting off starting about p. 22, and I had to reformat the entire book from that page on.

Well, that's done, and the book is off. I've got five copies coming back to pass out to my secondary proofreaders.

You can read the first four stories (which I didn't post online) here. Look for the book on Amazon and at www.ThreeSkilletPublishing.com in March 2018. You can get The Electric Minute, Volume 1 now at Amazon and Three Skillet Publishing, in either paperback or Kindle format.
